1. Age restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to access this website or mint a VOIDKIN NFT. You confirm that you are 18 or older when you create or import a wallet to join the waitlist. If you are under 18, do not use this site.

2. What you are buying

VOIDKIN NFTs are digital collectibles on a public blockchain, sold through OpenSea and smart contracts. They are not securities, investments or financial products, and we make no promise of profit, resale value or future utility.

3. Mint stages and pricing

Total supply is 2,222. Stages: 222 free-mint Waitlist (guaranteed spot), 1,000 FCFS at $0.5, and 1,000 Public at $1. Stages, prices and dates may change. Blockchain network fees are paid by you and are not refundable.

4. Your wallet and risks

The wallet created in your browser is yours alone. Your seed phrase is never sent to us and we cannot recover it. Waitlist points and task rewards are reviewed manually, have no cash value, and can be changed or removed for fraud, bots or fake accounts.

You are responsible for your wallet, keys and transactions. Blockchain transactions are final. Prices are volatile, and smart contracts and marketplaces can contain bugs or fail. Only use the official links on this site and @VOIDKINsu on X. We will never ask for your seed phrase.

5. Ownership and license

Owning a VOIDKIN NFT gives you ownership of that token. Artwork rights and any commercial license are described by the project and may be updated. All other content on this site belongs to VOIDKIN.

6. Prohibited use

Do not use bots to bypass mint limits, exploit the contracts, or use the site for unlawful activity. You are responsible for following the laws of your country, including tax rules.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The site and NFTs are provided as is, without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VOIDKIN is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, wallets, smart contracts or third-party platforms.
